The thickness, slope and distance detection method of running track and field.

 

 

 What are the quality inspection items of the plastic track and field site?

 

The surface layer of plastic track and field, quality inspection items, including appearance, plastic physical mechanical properties, etc.

Plastic track and field

  1. The inspection items include surface appearance color uniformity, strong rubber particles of binding, firm bonding of plastic surface and the grassroots level, plastic empty drum phenomenon, the thickness of the plastic whether meet the design requirements.

2. The physical and mechanical test project, needs to be in 500 mm x 500 mm x under the actual thickness of the specimen, do the following inspection of the project: hardness test (shaw A), tensile strength test, long pull pull out rate test, compression recovery rate experiment and rebound value, flame retardant performance testing, etc.

At the same time, it should also increase the inspection items required by iaaf in large standard venues: buffer performance test, vertical deformation test, friction test, tensile strength and fracture elongation test.

 

How to detect the thickness, slope, distance of plastic track and field?

  1. The thickness of the test: in the construction site, random measuring, the thickness measuring instrument (three needle detector) for testing, if it comes to the thin thickness (less than 10 mm), can adopt on-the-spot sampling method, namely in the 20 ~ 25 cm diameter of core body, in the upper and lower parts of the core grinding, with precision of 0.01 mm thickness gauge, use 4 mm plunger, and by using the tester of 0.8 ~ 1.0 N, tests of core body, accuracy control in 0.01 mm.

2. Slope measurement method: the field measurement of the water level is adopted, and the horizontal slope and the longitudinal slope are adopted by the higher method.  

Cross slope detection: in vertical direction of the runway, measuring the first runway middle high and the most outside the runway, the difference and the ratio of the horizontal distance is the actual slope, and then compared with the slope design, the number is error value.

  Longitudinal slope detection: the level field measurement, the measuring point should be parallel to the runway direction between two points, two points distance not less than 40 m, the measured results of two level difference, compared with the horizontal distance of the two, is the slope of these two points.

Compared with the design slope, the gradient is poor.

  3. Distance detection method: the distance from the straight line, the laser rangefinder, and the direction of the parallel straight track.

The corners are used to measure the radius of each runway by using the theodolite, each five degrees for one direction, and the laser rangefinder.

To measure both centre point of the straight line distance value, compared with the design value, and then calculate 400 m runway, one over ten thousand allowed error is positive, not negative, which is 400 m error for the 4 cm, for 100 m error is 1 cm.
